How to retrieve your Certificate of Conformance (COC)

The certificate is a pdf copy of the paper certificate included with your product.

BioPure and WMArchitect products

Part number and LOT number combined without hyphen (-) or forward slashes (/)  e.g. NG150WHT5012H (not case sensitive)

Watson-Marlow and Flexicon products

LOT or serial number split between the 2 fields without hyphen (-) e.g. 123456 and 123456

Watson-Marlow element tubing, Flexicon y connectors

Lot number in the following format (XXXXXX) e.g. 123456
