This allows for the placement of more pump heads within a limited space, ensuring high flow accuracy. It employs a 12-roller cross structure to reduce pulsation and utilizes a double Y-tube design to effectively guarantee filling accuracy. When the pump head is installed vertically, the upper pressure block is connected to the pump body by a connecting rod, allowing for one-handed replacement. The pump head body is made of SUS304 stainless steel with a corrosion-resistant surface treatment, allowing for disinfection and cleaning with hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), ozone (O3), alcohol, and alkyl oxidants. The liquid flows within the tube without contacting the pump body, preventing contamination. Suitable for conveying and filling shear-sensitive fluids.
